Request deletion of your Messenger data
These instructions cover Facebook-message information held by Cincy Lawn Care and Landscaping through its Cincy Panel Page messaging connection. You do not need to create a Cincy customer account.
1. Contact Cincy
From the same Messenger account you used to contact us, message the Cincy Lawn Care and Landscaping Facebook Page and say:
Please delete my Facebook Messenger conversation data held by Cincy Panel.
You can instead email cincylawncarelandscaping@gmail.com with that subject. Include your Facebook display name, approximate conversation date, requested scope, and a way to reach you. You may also call 513-580-8164 for help. Email links open your email app; you must send the message yourself.
2. Verify which records are yours
Requests are reviewed manually. Cincy may ask you to confirm the request through the original Messenger conversation before removing records. A typed name or email alone does not authorize deletion of another person's conversation. Do not send your Facebook password, access tokens, card numbers or identity documents in the initial request.
3. Obtain confirmation
Ask Cincy to confirm the request and explain which stored conversation content and related identifiers were removed, or which records remain and why. Removing an inbox thread alone does not automatically erase all technical identifiers, historical backup copies, or separate business records. This page is an instruction page, not an automatic deletion callback or instant erase button.
What this does not delete
This request does not delete your Facebook account, Meta's copy of messages, another person's Messenger history, your Cincy customer account, or separate service and financial records. Recovery backups and provider logs need separate handling; their immediate erasure is not promised. A new message to the Page after deletion can create a new record.
